So here we are, its finished, Fantaseatec [The 4th Element] is now officialy a SDI and TDI 5 star Instructor training center, here you will find a professional service for the Technical and recreational diver, we supply all gases and all courses from beginner up to Instructor in the technical and Recreational diving.
