Thanks to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IdaLLnkNq5c Amir from Scubatec singing a song here....that sold us some new heavy duty booties for the following days.

Yes we are back and happy to say that we know where it is :-)
Jean-Luc Morier TDI IT and myself Tom had a intensive week of search in a specific area of Dahab. We did 6 days of decompression dives in the 70 meters zone and we are proud to say to all Technical divers that we discovered 2 new Canyons here in Dahab.
Gases used : Trimix 18/25, deco mix, 32 Nitrox, 70 Nitrox and Oxygen.
Run Time of each dive is around 70 minutes for 6 days
Depth between 70 and 50 meters
The first one we discovered is heading EAST direction Saudi Arabia and we called it
TJ Canyon, "T stands for Tom and J for Jean-Luc" it also
means "come in" in Arabic.
The second Canyon that is only 4 minutes away from the first one but on a complete opposite side is called the Devil's Tail because of its funny shape. The Devil's Tail is a Canyon going very deep, we could see the bottom at around 110 meters.
We will continue our search in October with a Technical diving group from Switzerland specialized in underwater topography and exploration.
