Heinrichs Weikamp dive computers!


This summer we have been trying the new Heinrichs Weikamp OSDC (Open Source Dive Computer), we have been very impressed by the computer and from now on it will be available for sell here at Fantaseatec.

what we found really nice about the dive computer:

Easy to read (LED) and easy to manipulate (2 buttons)
Small and very compact (half the size of a VR3)
can be used for all kinds of gases including hypoxic trimix
O.C. modus and CCR modus
you can set up to 6 gases for your dive
no battery change, you can charge it directly with the USB interface delivered with the computer
calculation model is the Bühlmann ZH-L 16 and there is a beta version v.1.19 (Gradient factor that you can set yourself for the dive) under test at the moment (we are testing it every day on O.C. and on CCR)
Its a very interesting dive computer for those who want to develop their own deep stops or decompression models because its a open source dive computer
All updates are free of charge and can be done directly online at any time!
Its not a dive computer for beginners!
